Britney Spears is using her love for sweet treats for a good cause this Valentine's Day. The 42-year-old pop icon has teamed up with her favorite New York City spot, Glace, to create a limited-edition dessert, exclusively announced by PEOPLE. Even better, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to The Trevor Project.

The collaboration between Spears and Glace, founded by Sasha Zabar and known for their elaborate ice cream dishes and towering hot chocolates, has resulted in the creation of the Britney Brûlée. This elevated version of Glace's popular s'mores hot chocolate includes a mocha base (a favorite of Spears), a rim of toasted marshmallow fluff, and a generous scoop of homemade chantilly cream. The dish gets its name from the crème brûlée-inspired caramelized sugar disk on top, featuring a "B" for Britney in mocha dust.

The Britney Brûlée will only be available from February 14-18 for $14. As a self-proclaimed dessert lover and "chef in the works," Spears was thrilled to partner with Glace. In a statement, she said, "When I came across Glace's hot chocolates on Instagram, I knew I had to do something special with them and partner with a local business in New York City. I can't wait for everyone to try our creation!"

Not only is this dessert delicious, it also has a sweet purpose. Twenty percent of the sales will go towards The Trevor Project, a non-profit organization that works towards preventing suicide among young LGBTQ+ individuals.

You can find the monogrammed, marshmallow mocha at Glace during their regular hours of 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. This special treat from Spears comes on the heels of a major milestone for the singer. Last month, her memoir, The Woman in Me, sold over two million copies in the United States, according to a press release from publisher Gallery Books.

Spears expressed her gratitude, saying, "Thank you to all the fans who have supported me and my story. Love you all!!!" Published in October, the memoir chronicles Spears's life from her days as a Mouseketeer to her rise as a teenage pop sensation and her current life. It quickly became a New York Times bestseller, breaking records in its first week.

In an interview with PEOPLE ahead of the memoir's release, Spears spoke about the book, saying, "It is finally time for me to raise my voice and speak out, and my fans deserve to hear it directly from me." She added, "No more conspiracy, no more lies. Just me owning my past, present, and future."
